Rental Rates and Terms
Event Hall Rental
Host your private event with exclusive access to the restaurant space for up to three hours. Pricing varies for weekdays and weekends, with the option to add extra time as needed. Rentals include customizable layout options, plus tables and chairs. Use of the bar is permitted during events.
Outside food is welcome; however, guests must bring their own serving items such as plates, utensils, and cups.
Kitchen Rental
Our commercial kitchen is available for rent at an hourly rate and includes access to professional-grade appliances. A minimum booking time applies. Fryer use is optional and carries an additional daily charge. A refundable deposit is required before use.
Dining Room Access
The dining room can be reserved by the hour for photo shoots or content creation. Rates vary for other types of events, and advance approval is required.
Additional Charges
- A one-time cleaning fee applies to all hall rentals.
- A security deposit is required to confirm bookings and is non-refundable.
- All kitchen rentals require a separate refundable damage deposit.
Music & DJ Policy
Byram Bay Bistro welcomes DJs and live music to enhance our guests’ experience. However, all music and entertainment must comply with local noise regulations set by the Borough of Hopatcong, NJ.
Per town ordinance:
Music and amplified sound (including from DJs or speakers) must not be plainly audible at a distance greater than:
- 50 feet between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM
- 25 feet between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM
Loud or unusual noises that may disturb, annoy, or endanger the peace of others—whether in public or private areas—are prohibited.
We ask all performers and guests to be mindful of these guidelines to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone and to remain in full compliance with local laws.
